Your membership includes:

• Unlimited, extended appointments with your medical team- We want you to feel heard and get the support you need to feel your best.

• Annual Executive Physical Exam- so we can truly understand you, your health history and work toward your long-term health goals.

• On-going follow up- not only do we coordinate specialists and referrals, but we ensure every result is followed up on.

• Whole-person oversight- we coordinate care between the medical team and all other practitioners within Femme to ensure a we’re looking at a full picture of your health

• Annual credit to use on services

• Exclusive promotions on in-clinic services and events

Investment: $300 per month or $3,000 per year (+HST)

Initial 6 months: $1800 (inclusive of HST)
Subsequent 6 months: $500 + HST
